Based in the heart of Innerleithen, at 46 High Street you will find Performance Physio and Pilates - Physio, Rehab and Pilates space. The clinic will serve the communities of Innerleithen, Peebles, Walkerburn and the surrounding areas. I wanted to create a clinic which provided a spacious and bright environment to undertake your treatment and rehabilitation. The space allows me to take you from the early stage of treatment through to the late stage rehab all under one roof, with the space to exercise as well as receive hands on treatment. The clinic is spacious enough to be able to host small group Pilates classes as well as 1:2:1 Pilates sessions.
